On findings in accordance with Section 13B(1)(a), 13C(4) and 17 of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, the application for variation of the restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence of Com Utilities Ltd OC2059962 to authorise the use of 5 vehicles and to authorise the operating centre at Unit 2, Bracewell Avenue, Poulton Le Fylde is refused.

On findings pursuant to Sections 26(1)(a), 26(1)(e), 26(1)(f) and 26(1)(h) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, the restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence of Com Utilities Ltd OC2059962 is revoked with effect from 18 November 2024

The company, Com Utilities Ltd, is disqualified from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area, with effect from 18 November 2024 for 12 months until 18 November 2025, pursuant to Section 28(1) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995

The director Mark Joseph Wood is disqualified from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area, and from being director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence with effect with effect from 18 November 2024 for 12 months until 18 November 2025, pursuant to Section 28(1) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995.
