Licence revoked under Section 27 of the Act on the ground that the operator no longer has required repute with effect from 17 June 2024
Dorin Bumb is disqualified from holding or obtaining or obtaining an operator’s licence as an individual, partner in a partnership or director of a company for a period of one year with effect from 17 June 2024.
Dorin Bumb’s repute as a transport manager is lost and he is disqualified from acting in that capacity for two years with effect from 17 June 2024.
Former director Marius Gheres is issued with a formal warning in relation to his failure to remove himself as a director of the company at the appropriate time
