DECISION:
The licence is revoked with immediate effect.
Eastern Eagle Transport Limited is disqualified from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence for a period of 5 years.
Director Mr Marius Daniel Gheorghe is disqualified from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence for a period of 5 years.
Transport Manager Mr Costel Dumitra has lost his good repute as Transport Manager and is disqualified from acting as a Transport Manager for a period of 1 year and is required to sit and pass the TM CPC examination in order to be considered rehabilitated.
