On findings in accordance with sections 26(1), 27(1)(a) and section 28 of the Act;

The operator’s licence of JLS Outdoor Media Limited is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on Friday 26 February 2021.

JLS Outdoor Media Limited and its sole director James Goulding have lost their good repute and are disqualified from holding or applying for a goods vehicle operator’s licence in Great Britain and Northern Ireland until 26 February 2022.

On findings in accordance with Schedule 3 paragraph 1 of the Act and paragraph 16(2) of that Schedule, David Bryan Harris has lost his good repute as a transport manager. He is disqualified, with immediate effect and until 26 January 2022, from acting as a transport manager on any operator’s licence.

The good repute of Richard George Iddon is found to be intact and no further action is taken against him.
