The Traffic Commissioner for Scotland decided:

M.A.S.T Construction Limited does not meet the requirement of fitness to hold an operators licence as required by section 13B of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995. Adverse findings in terms of section 13C(2), 13C(3) 13C(4) and 13C(5), 26(1)(c)(iii), 26(1)(ca) and 26(1)(e) are also made out.

I direct that my decision shall come into force at 23:59 on 18 July 2023 to enable to vehicle to be safely taken off road. The interim licence in force will terminate, in the absence of further procedure, by virtue of section 24(6) at that time.

Applications OM2055451 and OD2061311 for restricted goods vehicle licences are refused.
