The Traffic Commissioner for Wales decided:

Pursuant to adverse findings under sections 17(1)(a), 17(1)(b), 17(3)(a), 17(3)(aa), 17(3)(b) and 17(3)(e) of the Act, operator licence PG0006010 is curtailed to 10 vehicles from 23:45 hours on 1 October and is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 22 October 2021.

Monica Jarvis and Stephen Wayne Jarvis are disqualified from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in Great Britain for a period of FIVE YEARS in terms of section 28 of the Transport Act 1985.

Transport Manager, Stephen Wayne Jarvis no longer satisfies the requirements of section 14ZA(3) of the Act to be of good repute in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Act.

Stephen Wayne Jarvis is disqualified from engaging in the role of Transport Manager with effect from 23:45 hours on 22 October 2021 for a period of FIVE YEARS and until such time as he re-sits the Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence examination and submits proof of successful attainment of such certificate (awarded after 1 October 2021) to the OTC in Caernarfon.
