N Next Stage Limited
- Application for a standard operator’s licence for one vehicle and one trailer granted with immediate effect subject to the following undertakings if agreed:
i) Ayden Ahmed Zekrie will play no part in the business in any capacity including as a driver.
ii) Nezhla Zekrie to attend an Operator Licensing Awareness Course within two months of the date of grant of the licence.
iii) Transport manager Jacob Smith to undertake to resign his position if he discovers that Ayden Ahmed Zekrie is playing a part in the business and to advise the Traffic Commissioner accordingly.
