The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (as amended) (“the Act”)

Pursuant to adverse findings under Sections 26(1)(a) and 26(1)(h), the licence is revoked with immediate effect

Raymond Carter is disqualified from holding, or applying to hold, a goods vehicle operator’s licence for an indefinite period.
