The Traffic Commissioner’s decision was that the vocational entitlement will be suspended for a period of three weeks. The operator’s licence will be suspended for a period of three weeks, the fitness of the operator to hold a licence is tarnished. Both periods will commence at 23:45 on 24 January 2021 following which the operator’s licence will be returned to the level for which finance has been demonstrated.
