The Traffic Commissioner for West of England decided:

  • Pursuant to an adverse finding under Section 17(3)(e) of the 1981 Act, the licence is curtailed to 427 vehicles indefinitely.

  • The following condition is recorded pursuant to Section 26 of the 1985 Act:

    “No driver under the age of 21 will be used on a service of over 50 km regardless of how that service is registered”

  • The good repute as a transport manager of Robert Dennison is tarnished but intact.

  • The good repute as a transport manager of Paul Clark is tarnished but intact.
