Decision
The licence held by Tracey DAVIS is revoked under sections 17(3)(a), (aa) and (d) of the Act, with effect from 1st September 2024.
Tracy DAVIS is disqualified for 12 months, from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence, and from being a partner or director of an entity which holds an operator’s licence with effect from 1st September 2024.
The licence held by Ian Scott Edwards DAVIS is revoked under sections 17(3)(aa) and (d) of the Act, with effect from 1st September 2024.
Ian Scott Edwards DAVIS is disqualified for 12 months, from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence, and from being a partner or director of an entity which holds an operator’s licence with effect from 1st September 2024
