The request by World of Solar Ltd (OK2066241) to surrender the Licence is refused.
Pursuant to adverse findings under Section 26(1)(a), (b), (c)(iii), (e), (f) and (h) of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, Licence OK2066241 is revoked with immediate effect.
I make no order under Section 28 of the 1995 Act.
