the standard national public service vehicle operator’s licence held by Yellow Travel Wrexham Limited is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 5 July 2023 pursuant to sections 14ZA(2), 17(1)(a) and (b),17(3)(a), (aa) and (c) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (“the Act”).

Yellow Travel Wrexham Limited is disqualified for a period of 2 years pursuant to section 28 of the Transport Act 1985 with effect from 23:45 hours on 5 July 2023.
Decision made in respect of Transport Manager Darron Burns

transport Manager Darron Burns no longer satisfies the requirements of paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Act to be of good repute.

Pursuant to paragraph 7B(2) of Schedule 3 to the Act, Darron Burns is disqualified with effect from 23:45 hours on 21 August 2023 for a period of two years from acting as a Transport Manager on an operator’s licence.
