Defending Britain: leading in a more dangerous world’ sets out the Government’s new commitment to increase spending on defence, reaching 2.5% of GDP in 2030. It fulfils the aspiration set out in the Integrated Review Refresh 2023, investing in our national security and prosperity, and ensuring we are well-placed to defend our people, bolster our alliances and deter our adversaries.
