Development and practice report 26 includes sources of information that can be drawn upon for this purpose. It is not intended to be prescriptive in terms of recommending any one method or approach. Rather it set outs a range of approaches and some of the potential strengths and weaknesses of each. It presents a series of issues for practitioners to consider when identifying the most appropriate approach.
