Form SD2: Demand immediate payment of a debt ('statutory demand')

If someone owes you money, you can use this form (a ‘statutory demand’) to demand payment within 21 days.

Details

Someone who is owed money (a ‘creditor’) can use this form (called a ‘statutory demand’) to ask for payment of a debt a within 21 days.

The creditor would then give (‘serve’) the completed form to the person or organisation who owes the money (the ‘debtor’).
