Details

Assesses the capability of the department. Shows how the department is succeeding in delivering on the government’s key growth priorities and engaging staff through a complex period of change with a strong commitment to increasing capability. Also shows how BIS needs to improve. BIS leaders need to better express the BIS vision, both within and outside the department. The Department needs to prioritise more systematically, and to continue to keep a tight focus on performance management.
