Details

This publication is about the statutory designation of third party structures and other features, as defined by the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, and applies to England and Wales only.

The purpose of this legislation is to try and ensure that owners do not inadvertently alter structures and other features and potentially increase flood risk to themselves, their neighbours and the wider community.
