Details

This dispute resolution agreement and guidance document is to support the resolution of disputes that arise under the Developer remediation contract between a Participant Developer and third party, primarily to help resolve issues that are preventing a works contract from being agreed.

The dispute resolution agreement should be signed and used by all parties who are entering into this mediation process.

The Developer Remediation Contract was produced under the department’s former name of the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). All references in this guidance to DLUHC should be taken to refer to Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
