  1. Section 9.1 has been amended to clarify that form RXC can be used to give bulk consents or certificates.

  2. The guide has been amended to include information on lodging bulk consents or certificates of compliance or bulk UN2s for removal of unilateral notices.

  3. Section 9 has been amended to clarify that a restriction on a developer’s title does not need to be complied with if it is being cancelled or withdrawn either in whole or as to the part of the land being transferred.
