Action: Post-16 subcontracting exemption request form now available
The post-16 subcontracting exemption request form is now available for 2025 to 2026 academic year. Use this form to request an exemption to subcontract over the 25% threshold, whole programme 16 to 19 subcontracting and 16 to 19 distance subcontracting.
To request a copy of the form, contact us via the customer.help@service.education.gov.uk mailbox.
The deadline for submitting completed forms has been extended to 31 May 2025. Completed forms should be returned using the same customer help email address as above.
Information: Advanced learner loans funding allocations for the 2025 to 2026 funding year
We have now issued advanced learner loan facilities and bursaries allocations for the 2025 to 2026 funding year. Allocations are available in a digital format on manage your education and skills funding.
You need one of the following roles to view your allocation statement:
- contract authoriser
- contract manager
- contract user
- data returns and claims authoriser
We have:
- published a timeline so that you know when to expect information from us
- updated our allocations guidance to explain how we have calculated your allocation
Business case requests
To raise a business case you can use the digital form.
