The gender pay gap is an equality measure that shows the difference in average earnings between women and men.
Gender pay gap legislation requires all employers of 250 or more employees to publish their data for workers as of 31 March 2018.
The Department for Education’s (DfE) pay approach supports the fair treatment and reward of all staff irrespective of gender.
