DfT framework documents

The framework agreements outline how the these public bodies work with the Department for Transport (DfT).

The framework agreements set out:

• the main activities and responsibilities of the public body
• roles, responsibilities and accountability
• the financial regime used
• how audit and accounting work
• how staff, pay and recruitment works
• how the framework is changed
