1. Directions under section 37A

  1. The registrar has given the following Directions under section 37A of the Registered Design Act 1949.
  2. Incorporation of International Designs into the following designs forms DF1A, DF2B, DF5, DF19A, DF19B and DF55 following the UK joining the Hague Agreement and commencement of International design examination on the13 June 2018.
  3. These Directions come into force on 13 June 2018
