Details

Following the Thriving at work review of mental health and employers, the government launched a framework that encourages organisations to record and report information on disability, mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

The framework is voluntary and was created in partnership with employers and charities.

On this page you can read our report for 2022 to 2023. The foreword from Myrtle Lloyd, HMRC’s Wellbeing Champion, introduces the report which outlines support in place for our employees and the progress made over the last 12 months.
