Guidance for charities and individuals who want to run emergency appeals legally and effectively so that people affected can receive the help they need.

The guidance also describes ways in which individuals can contribute to emergency relief efforts - for example, volunteering their time and skills - as an alternative to setting up a new charitable appeal.
