Details

Department for International Trade (DIT) employee engagement index has increased by 1% to 64%. This places us 2% above the 62% Civil Service benchmark. The response rate for this year was 89%.

The survey shows overall staff engagement index and responses by the following themes:

• leadership and managing change
• my work
• organisational objectives and purpose
• my manager
• my team
• resources and workload
• learning and development
• inclusion and fair treatment
• pay and benefits
