This list sets out declared interests of executive and non-executive members who have served on the Department for International Trade’s board in the 2019 to 2020 financial year. Ministers’ interests are published separately by the Cabinet Office.

Departmental board members are asked to declare any personal, business or related party interests that may, or may be perceived by a reasonable member of the public to, influence their judgements in performing their obligations to the department.

The purpose of this list is to meet the requirements of section 5.3.8(e) of the Government Financial Reporting Manual 2019 to 20[footnote 1] and paragraph 4.15 of the Corporate governance in central departments: code of good practice[footnote 2].
