The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) Embassy in London require the Home Office to provide the following documentation in order to issue an emergency travel document (ETD): * Home Office standard submission letter * Four passport photographs to accompany the emergency travel document (ETD) application * Home Office bio-data form completed with details of the applicant * The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) laisser passer form * Supporting evidence to accompany the emergency travel document (ETD) application where available.

  2. The Home Office does not disclose the criminal convictions of any subject when applying to the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for an emergency travel document (ETD)
