- The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Regulations 2014
- The Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Regulations 2018
It also confirms any subsequent versions or issues of these codes of practice, standards and calculators that have been approved by the Secretary of State for use in both Renewable Heat Incentive Schemes as set out in:
- Regulation 2B of The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Regulations 2014
- Regulations 18 and 47A of The Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Regulations 2018
