The government response to the report from the Joint Committee on the Draft Enhanced Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Bill.

It welcomes the committee’s conclusion that the enhanced measures are a suitable response to the challenge they face, and that there are no simple solutions to address the ongoing terrorist threat posed by those who cannot be prosecuted or deported.
