Draft EU Exit legislation relating to the financial services framework between the UK and Gibraltar
This publication sets out the proposed amendments to UK legislation related to financial services passporting rights between the UK and Gibraltar, to be laid under the EU (Withdrawal) Act.

These SIs will make amendments to UK primary and secondary legislation related to financial services passporting rights between the UK and Gibraltar to ensure that Gibraltar-based financial services firms continue to have access into UK markets, once the UK leaves the EU, in a no deal scenario. The draft SIs are themselves provided, alongside an explanatory policy note. HM Treasury intends to lay these SIs before Parliament before exit.
