Draft statutory instruments, which will make amendments to retained EU law related to investment funds and their managers, to be laid under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

Details
These SIs will make amendments to retained EU law related to investment funds and their managers to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in any scenario. The draft SIs are provided, alongside explanatory policy notes. HM Treasury intends to lay these SIs before Parliament in the autumn.
