These modifications insert a new Special Condition 2N into the Transmission Licence of the National System Operator and EMR Delivery Body. This condition sets out a number of provisions which require National Grid to implement certain business separation measures intended to manage conflicts of interest arising with other parts of its business while undertaking functions conferred on it as the EMR Delivery Body.
