This report shows how satisfied customers were with Driving Standards Agency (DSA) services against the targets set in its business plan.

The report also includes reports on feedback about:

  • booking tests online
  • waiting times and travelling to test
  • finding a driving instructor
  • awareness of the national standards for driving, riding and driver training
  • approved driving instructor (ADI) check tests
  • use of social media and communications with DSA
  • motorcycle candidate awareness of the enhanced rider scheme
  • awareness of the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • how informed trainee driving instructors were before starting their training
