Details

The business impact target (BIT) measures the impact on businesses of any changes to regulated practices, policy or guidance.

DVSA produces an analysis by following the BIT methodology. This is then validated by the Regulatory Policy Committee.

The report is a summary of all non-qualifying regulatory provisions that have come into force, ceased to be in force, or have changed during the reporting period. There were no qualifying regulatory provisions.

Publishing this report is a statutory obligation of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.
