Details

The Strategy is intended as the definitive statement of our approach to commercial activity. It sets out the commercial vision for DWP over the next 4 years and how we intend to achieve it.

The purpose is to set out a long-term strategy for the delivery of commercial arrangements across the DWP, commercial vision, timeframe and objectives for success. This Strategy directly supports the Government’s efficiency and economic policy objectives, the Treasury’s “Managing Taxpayers’ money wisely” programme and the Cabinet Office, Efficiency and Reform Group (ERG) agenda to transform government procurement capability and increase transparency.
