Details
The franchise agreement between the Secretary of State for Transport and Abellio East Anglia Limited dated 23 August 2016, and subsequent emergency measures and emergency recovery measures agreements.
The contract with Abellio East Anglia Limited was announced by the Transport Minister on 10 August 2016.
This agreement replaces the previous Greater Anglia 2014 franchise agreement.

Contract change to Schedule 6.2 paragraphs 53.1 & 53.2. The old DMU Class 170 vehicles should not have been included. Class 170 vehicles are being replaced by new trains with wifi.

Contract change to Schedule 6.2 paragraphs 55.1 and 55.2 stating a reduction in the amount of cycle space, removal of the 'Bike and Go' schemes and electric cycle hire trial. An alternative passenger benefit is proposed and provided for within the contract change.
