Details

The Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens (ACDP) produces specialist guidance on the management of patients with viral haemorrhagic fever (VHF) or other infectious diseases of high consequence.

The algorithm has been revised (version 6: 18.09.2015) and replaces the algorithm released in November 2014 (Version 5: 06.11.2014).

There has also been further revision of the ACDP guidance document published in November 2014:

  • Section 6 and appendices 7, 9, 10 and 11 have been updated

This guidance includes advice on infection control and prevention for acute trust staff.
