The Home Office Review of Effective Practice in Responding to Prostitution supports local areas in identifying and tackling issues they may be experiencing as a result of prostitution.

The impact on local communities, the police, and particularly the safety of people involved in prostitution, are emphasised throughout. The document draws on a number of field visits and case studies from across the country, highlighting examples of effective practice.
