This procedure outlines the various stages of the process including the initiation of mini-tenders, the assessment of contractor R&D proposals, the signing of the purchase requisition (PR), the placement of the purchase order (PO), the monitoring of project progress, the assessment of contractor output and ultimately the impact of the project on the NDA mission.
