The Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Booster Survey compares findings from the Electoral Commission’s 2013 Winter Tracker with findings conducted among a booster sample of BME respondents. It was funded by the Cabinet Office Electoral Registration Transformation Programme.

The report analyses trends and issues about voting and voter registration among BME groups. It enables the findings of the Electoral Commission’s 2013 Winter Tracker to be analysed by ethnicity.
