These documents support the first phase of the DECC EDR pilot. The first phase of the EDR pilot scheme is now closed for applications.
The participant handbook provides guidance on how to participate in DECC’s Electricity Demand Reduction Pilot . It includes eligibility criteria, descriptions of key parts of the scheme, like the auction, and information about how payments will be made.
The M&V manual provides guidance on how to complete a robust M&V Plan and on the reporting and evidence that will be required after the auction (for successful bidders) in order to receive EDR payments. Please note that these documents will be updated for any future phases of the EDR pilot.
