This explanatory memorandum is about a European Commission implementing regulation of 25 July 2022 amending implementing regulation 2021/632 as regards the lists of products of animal origin, animal by-products and composite products subject to official controls at border control posts.

It was submitted by Lord Benyon, Minister for Biosecurity, Marine and Rural Affairs, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
