This explanatory memorandum is about a European Commission delegated regulation (EU) /… amending regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as regards marketing standards for eggs and a European Commission implementing regulation (EU) /… laying down rules for the application of regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards marketing standards for eggs.
