This explanatory memorandum is about a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council establishing the Union Customs Code and the EU Customs Authority, and replacing regulation (EU) No 952/2013.
It was submitted by Victoria Atkins MP, Financial Secretary to His Majesty’s Treasury.
