This explanatory memorandum is about a European Commission proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending regulation (EU) No 1379/2013, regulation (EU) No 167/2013 and regulation (EU) No 168/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards certain reporting requirements.
