This explanatory memorandum is about a Proposal for a Council decision on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union in the Specialised Committee on Law Enforcement and Judicial Cooperation established by the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and the EAE C, of the one part, and the UK of the other part, regarding the establishment of a standard form for requests for mutual assistance referred to in Article 635(1) of that Agreement.
