  1. There were 34 emergency travel documents obtained for nationals of Zimbabwe between August 2011 and March 2014. Of this figure 31 emergency travel documents (ETDs) were for foreign national offenders (FNOs).

  2. Between August 2011 to March 2014 the average time for obtaining an emergency travel document was 41 days. The average time to obtain an emergency travel document for an FNO was 43 days and for other cases the time was 26 days.
