Encouraging the hiring of returners: an email trial

Details

Many people who’ve left the labour market because of caring responsibilities would like to return to work, but face difficulties finding employment.

The Government Equalities Office (GEO) is committed to promoting returner programmes and encouraging the recruitment of people returning to work.

This report examines how behaviour can be influenced, and how interest in hiring returners can be affected by different email messages sent to employers.
